Awhile back I had an issue with my sons DS90 not being able to start with the electric start.

At times it would start on the trailer, but as soon as I took it off and put it on the ground it wouldnt start. this went on for almost 4 months. I read up on tons o9f fixes and had tons of questions.


Well I ended up buying a new starting relay and it fired right up when it was on the trailer after I installed it.

The FUNNY part...

Here it goes.......... Well my 5 year old son was able to fire it up on the ground every time he got on. It didnt fire for old dad though.

here is the kicker..............

I'm ashamed to say it.... who tought my son to ride? I did. What was the first thing I tought him? To hold the brakes in when starting..................... Well after I fugged with this thing for 4 months I figured out it starts with the electric start with ONLY the brake pulled in and ONLY with the brake pulled in.

On the trailer the Brake is set. On the ground (level) it is not....
