rev limiter bypass on ds650?

Default rev limiter bypass on ds650?

can you bypass the rev limiter on a 06 ds650x? if so, how?
reason: cause i want to. lol

No way to bypass the stock CDI rev limit. If you want a higher rev limit you have to buy an aftermarket CDI. IF your on a budget look at the one from Big Gun. Stay away from Procom

They screw everything up thats why. They are just junk, dont waste the money.

Just buy BigGun.

The Ron Woods has a good curve but lacks any type of rev limiter. If your still using the stock shim overs and springs you run the risk of floating a valve on a missed shift.

Actually the Vortex is probably the best unit out but costs $$ (~$400). Fully programmable with multiple curve options and you can set the rev limit anywhere you want.
