Default Stumbles at 3500rpm with TM45 on it

I cleaned my carb and after I reinstalled it it runs great at idle and above until I hit approx. 3500rpm. If I punch the throttle it will stumble then rev out with no problem and will run fine again until I lower the below 4000 and then it begins to stumble again. I'm wondering if I bumped the adjustment on the accelerator pump, would that make sense?

When i had the TM45 i had problems with my intake boot collapsing, they fixed that with the newer model DS's with ribbed boots, but checking that is a start

I've found that there are some cracks on the intake boot between the carb and the airbox and also the o-ring on the accelerator pump nozzle was not holding the nozzle very well letting it turn under vibration and wow are those o-rings hard to find
