I have some 20" razrs and they have held up good. I really don't think you can go wrong either way. Next time I am buying 22's

Are they the Razr 2's?
2's are more durable as they are 6 ply. The base Razr's are 4 ply normally but I think now may be available in the 6 ply. Maxxis used to be a bit cheaper than Holeshots but I haven't run them in a couple of years. I stick with the Holeshot XCT 6 ply now for the open desert riding that I do but really had no issues with the Razr's when I ran them. Holeshot's just seemed to last a bit longer and be more resistant to punctures out here where we ride.
Either choice you can't go wrong with.

Good choice on the size. The DS loves 23 fronts and 22 rears and with the extra heighth you will save wear and tear on the undercarriage of your bike.
Also with that size tires you can run a 15/42 on your gearing and have great all around power and speed.
Search on here for the gearing calculator. It gives you the option to choose your tire size and gearing and shows you the changes between the choices.

Stock will work with the 42t rear sprocket. Give Ron Wood Racing a call, they may still have some in stock, although the supply was getting low last time I called.
Stock rear is a 40 tooth.
