Hey, thanks for those comparisons. Very interesting. It does look like the Renegade gives you alot more tan the Scrammy. Ground clearance is an issue with the Scrammy and the Visco diff lock can be huge. The Outlander is much heavier than the Renegade which is heavier than the Scrammy. But it seems like you do get alot for that money..

The Visco has nothing over the Polaris AWD system. YouTube - can-am vs. polaris locker

. Only Polaris and Can Am have AWD without a diff lock 3rd proceddure to stop and go through.I hear the new Visco is quicker engaging than the top vidoe shows.

Last Question. Do you feel the Can Am is worth almost $2000.00 more than the Scrammy. That's the whole issue I have.

For that $2000 you get, more ground clearance with larger tires, high and low range transmission, fuel injection, gear box instead of chain drive, independent rear suspension, and the fastest stock 500cc class 4x4. It's up to you to decide if these features are worth the $2000. I feel they are.

IMO and as long as you can afford it I would rather pay the extra 2000.00 for something I knew would put a smile on my face vs saving the money and wishing I would have went with the other one for the extra coin!

Before the Renegade came out the Scrambler 500 was the sportiest 4x4 out there. Now the only advantage to the Scrambler is that it is easier to slide in the corners. I think if I had the money and was looking for one or the other I'd go with the Renegade.

I think I'm sold on the Renegade. Thanks for all the input.
