DS650 bottom end/mid range problems
#11
So last week I had a chance to look at er again...
I had the choke on when it was idling, as it sat and idled, the idle got higher and higher, leaning out. Again, looked at the fuel line from the tank and nothing in it. I took the choke off and turned the petcock from "on" to "reserve", the fuel started to come into the line. Not filling it, but more so than the "on" position that's for sure... As mentioned before, when it would die WFO, it wouldn't start again until I moved it to "reserve", but it still ran the same when riding, with the bog/stumbling/coughing.
I'm stumped, is it possible something is wrong with the petcock? But what?? :S
Or is this a vent or vacuum problem?
