Default DS650 Carb float valve O ring

I bought a used stock carb awhile back to use for winter since my dual keihin's don't pump well in the cold..Anyway, the O ring on the float valve seat was degraded and leaked, I'm not having any luck finding a new one, I've found the parts drawings, but none list a part number for just the O ring, only for the complete needle and seat and I hate to spend $50 when my needle is in good shape.

Does anyone have a part number for the O ring or know what size it is? The quad is an 02 DS650 and the carb is a Mikuni BSR42

Just take it to a napa store and they can hook you up. They had a o ring set that they matched up one for me with.

I'll give that a shot. we have a pretty fair selection at work, but very few metric O rings, had one that was close, but it's just a little too small O.D.

I can't find my shipping receipt, but I believe I bought 2mm x 8mm o-rings for this exact purpose. They were $.50 each + shipping. I didn't look locally, but I'm sure you should be able to find some i you dig hard enough.

The o-ring store is where I bought mine. I bought 5 of them so I would have some on hand. I also used the same size under the main jet tube, and it seems to be holding up ok.

Sorry, I got the size wrong before. It's a 2mm x 5mm o-ring.
