Just like the title says, is there an integrated fuel filter in the petcock?

I know lots of other ATV's do this, but I can't find any documentation that the DS does it.

Don't know about your atv,but I don't think I've ever seen any atv or cycle without some sort of filter. Even the old bikes and atvs of the sixty's had at least a screw on bowl with a screen filter on the petcock. OPT

I just saw a picture of a DS650 petcock on fleabay, and it's very clear that both the main and reserve tubes have a screen type filter on them.

yep there is .. two little bolts and it slides out of the tank. its a good idea to clean them yearly. you would be amazed what gets in there...

there is also a hidden oil screen ... Its on the bottom of the oil storage tank, pull the hose off the bottom and that nipple fitting is a screen. I clean mine yearly. .
