Hey guys~
I've been shopping around for a new 2001 DS, and the best price I've found is $6100 plus freight, setup, and tax. Does that sound like a good price? That DS looks like the perfect machine to me except for one thing-no reverse. Does anybody ever find themselves wishing they had reverse on your DS?

That sounds real good to me. How much for freight, set-up and tax though? I am looking at $6800 out the door, with no tax or registration here in New Mexico. Undocumented cash sales are routinely no tax here. I think They're hosing me.
There is a $300 rebate from Bomb they've already included, so I am really paying $7100, but they are giving me $300 in free accessories, also a Bomb promotion, which I'm spending on XCT Holeshot tires. They won't take the old ones, even unused,
so I will try to sell them in the paper. I haven't found any other dealers, this one is in Las Cruces, N.M. Las Cruces Motorsports. How about Albuquerque, Tucson,
Phoenix or El Paso? Anybody know anything??
Silly later,,,,Fourlix

I'm 99% sure I'm buying a 'Bomb the week. I'll probably pay $6399 + tax. But after my trade in the tax won't by too much.

I think that is a good price I payed $5999+tax for a used ds. It was only about five months old. I was wondering why they dont have reverse too. It doesn't bother me much, but what would the problem be with adding it.

I just paid $6500 total out the door in Las Cruces, New Mexico for a 2001 DS. That included $300 rebate and $300 accessory special from Bombardier, credited to my purchase, but also included $214 for registration, title and ohv license. I drove away with no accessories or rebate, just a good price and an unexpected licensed ride. We do ride in the National Forest and are supposed to have licenses. So I think it all worked out just fine.
Then I spent another grand on the Timmy Boy upper A-arms, XCT tires, 14 tooth countershaft sprocket, Armadillo back rack and greydon skid plate. I hope to get something back for the stock tires, Kenda Dominator 21x7x10 and 20x11x9,
Anybody want them?
I think I've got my desert racer. But I still wish it had independent rear suspension like the Sportsman. The ground clearance, ride and increased traction would be just that much better...

I've seen em go as low as 4900 on e-bay and one for 5100 last week both had low hours and looked very well kept the one for 5100 even had a woods II already installed. No wonder I can't sleep at nite I paid 7200 for mine but I also live in nebraka not many bomb dealers around here so they can really rape ya
