2007 Outlander 800 is sluggish from idle
#1
Any ideas here, got me old 2007 Outy 800HO standard 4x4 out of the shed. I use it about once a year but it always runs really well. I recently got her out and she's sluggish off the bottom, from idle; it's normally a wheeling, stump jumping animal. It has 1800 miles on it, always been well taken care of.
Here's what I've done: New plugs, Clean air-filter, Clean exhaust, new gas, new fuel filter, turned the key on with filter on and off, she pumps and spray gas hard, pump appears good.
After a 1200-1800 RPM she takes off like she always has and runs really well, I did replace the belt a few years ago and it has no belt slippage issue. Just used to to plow a lot of snow and ran and performed perfectly. But, blade off, all new gas in it now, a tank ran through with a little gum-out in it and it's still sluggish right off the bottom.
Don't get me wrong here, it will still smoke our 2014 brute-force top to bottom, it's running well; just not like usually does. Normally I can stab the throttle and you better be ready for the front end to pop up or get very light, just not doing it.
Any ideas??
