Ds650 wont start please help

Ds650 wont start please help
I have a 2000 ds650 that I put a new crankshaft in put the engine back together and had low compression and wouldn't start I ordered a new je 11.5 to 1 piston and rings honed the cylinder gapped the rings lapped the valves made sure the valves were in spec put it back together have 155psi of compression with the decompression valve not blocked off triple checked the timing at tdc with the crank lock bolt in cams facing away from each other it has fuel it has compression and spark but it still wont start I'm at a loss and pulling my hair out over this is there something I'm missing any help is appreciated
