Just a warning about Graydon! They are really bad with their customers.Regardless what Steve Graydon, says he don't stand behind his products. It's been over 3 weeks since I sent their lousy head-pipe back to them, and (nothing)as of yet. Oh well,I hope they bite the big one,and go out of business!Spread the word................

Now, I haven't delt with Graydon before, but if they are a professional business, they should know what they do and do not have in stock. Three weeks is way to long to not have any word on your parts. Mistakes are understandable, but you cannot compound the problem by hoping it will go away. Hope this works out for you. A guy I know in Tucson is very happy with them. There was a mistake on his order but Greydon promptly corrected it.

Well, the people at Graydon have just called to tell me,that a new exshaust system is on the way.It should be here by Monday. They apologised, and told me they would make it right. They also told me that they are redesigning their head pipe with tapered joints, one is full, while the other joint is a slip on.I will let you guys know if they do what they say they are going to do.I hope they do,because we need good after-market company's out there!Because if they don't stand behined their products, they will fall.

clif, did graydon say when the new head pipe would be ready. And will they give some kind of price break if you upgrade to the new headpipe over the old one.
