Lets see some posts of your ds's modifications, i'v only seen a few that were completly modified. Today we got my list on everything that i will be getting this winter and what i have now. By the end of the winter, I'll be ready to jump back into district 23 mx/xc and hopefully stay with the guys out front. Here is what my list will consist of:

Weisco High Compression Piston, 3 Angle valve job, Professional Race Porting, Race Cam's, Quicksilver Carberator, K&N air filter, Timmy Boy A-Aarms, PEP steering stabalizer, Renthal Handlebars, ASV Clutch Perch, Razr Tires, Douglas .190 rims, Suspension (not sure what kind), Team Pami CDI, Big Gun Pipe/Silencer, Cascade designs Seat cover and Graydon Nerf Bars..

i cant wait!

let see some of your mods or what you WILL be doing to your ds soon

Alba A arms--pro-line cdi---Quad tech carbon fiber gas tank cover--alba carbon fiber rad shroud--alba carbon fiber frame guards--alba carbon fiber battery cover---alba carbon fiber sprocket guard---FMF silencer--k&n air filter---power jet kit--proline front baja bumper--22" dune runners and 22" haulers---that's all folks!!!

I like the idea of that carbon fiber gas tank cover, where can i see a picture of that? How you like them aarms (if you have them)

Ummmm- Just some simple motor mods to give me a little boost of HP[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img].

Hey 300exster, are you going to let me set you up with your piston, valve job, porting, and cams? Or do you have someone in mind already?

Ron Wood stage 1, Ron Wood tach mounted in dash, Ron Wood clutch springs, K&N air filter mounted on carb., Cascade gripper seat cover, Pingry's aluminum air box, Pingry's aluminum air dams, Billet gas cap, Billet oil dipstick, Billet back brake res. cap, Billet front brake res. cap, Billet chain sprocket guard, Alba billet handlebar clamp, Quadtech carbon fiber gas tank cover, Black powdercoated hubs, Chrome front bumper, Chrome a-arms, Chrome tie rods, Chrome axle, Chrome swing arm, Chrome radiator grill, Chrome back grab bar, Chrome heat shield on head pipe, all exterior screw heads are chrome, Chrome throttle box on handlebars, Renthal red anodized handlebars & Laser blue headlight.
Right now the motor is out and about to be sent to Knutz concepts to have the Team-Pami stage 2 66hp kit installed.

Knutz, i have noone in mind yet, but now that you remided me about you , i think you will be the one on m y list for this winter. what would you do about the porting, valve job and piston /cams?

WOW some of you guys have as much into your quad as I do my snowmobile!!! (5000 in aftermarket parts). As you can see I have spent a little on my DS as well. Wouldn't want it to get jelous or anything. I plan on the gas tank cover.a pair of renthal handle bars, seat cover, a piston and cam would be nice but we'll see if the wallet can stand it!! As for current aftermarket stuff my sig. says about it all.
BTW where did you guys get the gas tank cover???
