THE MAJORITY OF ROADLESS COMMENTS ARE COMING FROM OUR OPPOSITION!

Of the 37,000 comments received so far, 35,000 are form letters. Only 800 are opposed to the Clinton-Gore Roadless Rule or ask that it be significantly revised. Of the 1,655 substantive letters received, only 200 support revision of the rule.

WE MUST DO A BETTER JOB! We must tell the Forest Service to revise the Clinton-Gore Roadless Rule. We must generate more comments! Just sent an E-mail to the Forest Service. And all so sent one through Blueribbon. We need to e-mail everybody on our address book and stop this land grab.

 

Due not Forget the AMA http://www.ama-cycle.org/index.asp It is just fill in the blanks and off goes your letter.

 

In addition to all of this, if people would JOIN Blue Ribbon, that would help a lot. It took me like 5 minutes to sign up online. I then bought a Polo Shirt with their logo on it, so I can wear it while I'm working and help promote their name etc. Spend 5 minutes and $20 to help keep riding areas open, it's a very good cause. If everyone who read these forums joined, that'ed be a pretty notable difference.
