Wondering when the new Baja parts would be out. Also what did they change on the a-arms? I'd like the new front fairing with the lights and the new seat. Also, different front bumper?

We've almost got a Baja between us 3TV. You've got the re-inforced wheels, we've both got XCT's, and I've got the A-arms (timmyboy). I have the forward mounted fan, which I haven't mounted yet. At this point I think I will wait and see how they did it, maybe I can even get some factory mounts.
I'd like to get the tach too. Point is the new Baja is what we really wanted,,, a refined, improved DS, with the real weak points (fan, a-arms) fixed. The tach, re-inforced wheels and triple lights are pure gravy. The only bad news is the weight. 15 lbs in the wrong direction, spec page says it weighs 475 lbs. I hope they did something about the front shocks, and I hope the 2002 DS gets the a-arms, tach and fan. No, I'm not a dealer, but a performance shop that deals exclusively with the DS650. I try to get anything my customers want, and some have a hard time getting the dealer parts, so I get them for them. The black plastic is one of the more popular dealer part, I've even changed the color of mine[getting custom vinyl now]. Quad-Tech is doing a custom seat cover for me as I prep the quad for another magazine. Watch for the first magazine review of my motors in the next issue of Dirt Wheels.

Knutz,do you know of anyone who makes aftermarket plastic for the DS650 yet? different colors other than what the factory offers would be great.although the baja orange is pretty cool.i like the red also but it comes with black rear fenders instead all red.YZ blue would look great on the DS.
