Last year we went during Thanksgiving and camped about a mile or two south of the store, we could have lived with it being cooler and we'll skip the holiday crowds this year. Whats the best months for going to Glamis? and where do you like to camp, we would like to not camp in the heavy partying areas, thanks in advance

 

best time for no crowds would be anytime in the winter during the week. For area with least amount of partying, i would say Gecko area. Sean

 

I was in Glamis last weekend. There were no crowds. However you probably wouldn't have liked the 106 degrees it was at 10:15AM. I can't wait to go back!

My buddy and I were in Glamis last weekend also. We both ride a Ds his a 2000 mine a 2001, we both are from Mesa Az. We are planning dune trips at least three times a month this season. Let me know if you are inerested.

Three times a month is a little too much for me. I would really like to think that I could go that often, but I have other stuff going on. I will be there though at least once a month however. Thanks for the invite. We should hook up some time.

 

Weekends before or after holiday weekends are really good. Most people go during the holiday weekends and so before or after is pretty nice. Check www.glamisonline.com and join the ASA or you won't have a Glamis to go to.
