As CalDS650 said Sprocket Specialist and SideWinder are the only two places I could find that had them to fit the DS. I have been told that a 41 is the largest that will fit on the rear without modifying the guide/guard...I have yet to install my 41 tooth from SideWinder. The front sprocket is much easier to change by the way. I just put on a 14 tooth a couple of weeks ago and with the stock rear tire size it is a lot easier to move slowly in the rough terrain in first gear now, plus I had to do something to compensate for the 23" sand paddle tires, the 15 tooth sprocket just didn't suit me.

2000ds650: Did the 14 tooth sprocket fit with the stock chain? Sprocket specialists can make you any size rear sprocket you want! The 43 tooth sprocket fits just like the stock one but, you have to use a 110 link chain.

Sand45,

Yes the stock chain fits fine. It was Sprocket Specialist that told me that a 41 tooth was the maximum size without modifications. You get almost the same effect with a 15/40 set up (2.667) as with going to a 16/43 (2.687) and the front sprocket is much easier to change.
