I wanted to put this post out to all of you that have ordered or are considering ordering from Knutz Concepts[this probably effects other shops as well]. I have recently been getting more and more calls asking "where are my parts?" I have had to look into what the hold up has been and found the sorce. Due to increased security on shipping channels, some packages are being delayed. The increased security is in responce to the Anthrax letters as well as concerns of mail bombs. This means that packages with metal in them get looked at twice. I'm not trying to make excuses, just explain the facts that are beyond my control. Shipping delays happen, and occasionally they are my fault too, but lately things have gotten worse than I would like. Please try to understand, but feel free to call and check on any orders you have coming. I'm sure that other dealers are facing similar issues[whether they admitt it or not], so try to be patient with us all.

On the other hand, I am now carrying more inventory than usuall. Pistons, cams, springs, boxes, even items like upper a-arms and sprockets are now on hand and ready for delivery. I've also worked deals with manufacturers to drop ship some other items, just to speed things up.

 

I also have been waiting!

I think it would be wise to not send any packages with USPS for a while...

 

UPS is giving me the same problems, as well as owing me over $6,000 in damaged packages. It's extremely frustrating.
