With all these rumors flying around, how about a reality. The Traxter is soon getting an indepentent rear suspension. It will be called the MR series. Has anyone else heard about this and when it is coming out?

A traxter with independant rear suspension? That would be sweet, unless the just did a re-fit to the current chassis, and it pushed the weight to over 1000 lbs. That would be a waste of time and money. I like the Traxters and the Quest's. But who in the hell is going to want to drive a 1/2 ton atv with a 500cc engine? Or even a 650cc?

Best thing to come?? Get real. They didnt even take 4% of ATV sales last year.

The company needs help and badly, but new models aren't gonna do it. Until they get a better means of doing business with their dealers such as changes in dealer operations, dealer support, customer support, and get their reliability factors in order on the Traxters, they will remain a "Brand-X" company.

Just my .02 from a multi-line dealer. [Including Bombardier]

One more thing, be careful of what you sign when becoming a dealer. It's easy to get in, but impossible to get out.

If Bomb would make a new sport quad I would probably buy it for sure, simply because.
1. Their engines are extremely reliable, Honda is probably worried about this
2. They are a HUGE corporation and can VERY easily compete and beat the japanese.
3. They know what their customers want and are not completly clueless like the Japanese manufactures.
(did you read what the HONDA guys said in their latest interview with dirtwheels?)
4. And like me, they are CANADIAN

jets??? No. But they do make the engines for most of Ford's small sedans.

How long did Bombardier's venture in the automoble industry last?? two years!!

The fact, well the "claim" that you guys have about Bombardier reliability is the biggest chunk of garbage mentioned yet in this topic. I can't speak for the learjets, or the snowmobiles for that matter, but Bombardier is the WORST for reliabilty in watercraft and based on numbers of ATV units actually sold, they are near the bottom there as well.

I should mention that Bombardier is ran by not just Canadians, but FRENCH Canadians...........this speaks for itself. For a company that wants to make an impression on the U.S. market, they first need to start thinking,[and typing] like the U.S. market.
