Has anybody had one done? If so who did you have do it and how much was it? I dont mean a standard one that the company makes. I mean a custom sketch of my own that I would send to the artist to have done. Any info would be helpful. Thanks.

You can start by buying a paintable helmet. Troy Lee Desing makes a few. Then send it to a artist of your choice that can handle that kind of task, may cost up to $300 just for the paint and labor!!!!! The tld helmets can get costly! I would just buy a cool shoei, or m2r, or something like thaty and spend the extra 2-3 hundred on some mods. MX SOUTH has the cheapest deals on shoei and m2r helmets.

There is a guy around the corner from me that does awesome work. He painted a ski helmet for one of the girls on the olympic team.

He also did Knutz's stickers.

I think his web adress is www.shawnealy.com. If that's not right, I'll get it for you.

I think it is between 3 and 4 hundred, and he can use a regular helmet that already has a design on it.

He wants to paint the Sandpig. That would be awesome!
