I purchased a Yoshi muffler and needed the connector pipe and some other hardware, so I called Denton. After I got everything together and started installing it all, I came up short on one part. It was the spacer that goes between the muffler support bracket & the grab bar mount. I rigged something to make it work for the time being. I called Denton this morning and they suggested that I call Yoshimura. Scott @ Denton gave me a number & extension, I called Yosh and a lady named Terri (sp?) helped me. I told her what I needed and asked for a part number so that I could give the number to Denton to puchase the part. She was VERY helpful. She faxed me an installation guide & diagram with the part # and is sending the part to me today,,,,, at no charge!! Just thought I'd let everyone know. I've heard a lot of bad things about their service, so I thought I'd post about my good experience with them.

Bill, maybe you should get the number to Terri and see if she can assist you. Sometimes, all it takes is finding an employee who cares.
