Hightower I will NEVER take offense to a well directed comment like that. I get on here to learn anything I can about the sport. Constructive critasism is a great learning tool in my book. I have talked to everyone about the tunning part and tried many things and it still happens. The only thing I haven't done is take the DJ needles out and put the stock ones back in. I was trying to wait on the 175. Many ppl run bigger than a 175 especially on big motors. I think I heard its a 185 and a 187.5 for a 686 at a certain elev. I am trying to jet for the clamp on K&Ns I got and most ppl don't run them so I need a little more air than a piped and foam in the air box.

BillDS650 I would love a set of FCRs but the price is so high for me. A friend has a 45mm that he would give me so I was trying to cheap out.

Bigger I was also trying to get away from the cv carbs, but it looks like I might end up with them. The reason I say one carb and alky is because the guy I was talking to was going to use a power jet and said it would be easier to do it with a single style set-up. I get in touch with him.

THANKS FOR ALL THE HELP GUYS!
