I just purchased some 20" 9 paddle Extremes and was wondering if anyone had 22" extremes with Diamond G heel guards. My question, if you do, is do you still have plenty of clearance when doing big jumps. My friend is wanting a set of 20" Haulers and I'm thinking of selling him mine and going up to 22" 8 paddles, but wanted to make sure that I could still air it out without hitting anything. I know the Bandits clear just fine, but with the Haulers, I believe that the 22" doesn't include the height of the paddles.

Thanks,
SD

22" does include the paddles and if you have the diamond g heelguards they don't hit at all.

Cool. Thanks for the info. Do you like to jump a bit too. We went riding yesterday and I was getting some nice air. That whole foot of suspension travel soaks the big jumps up nicely. I'll probably go with the 22's and try to adjust the gearing accordingly. BTW I love the Diamond G's. I haven't touched the rubber to them yet! I still cringe when I think of that God awful sound of rubber paddles meets stock plastic guards.
