Does anybody know what the specs are for the factory cams - duration and lift? Inquiring minds want to know.
I've searched all previous cam related threads, and I have all the specs for the aftermarkets, but nothing spoke of what the Bomb grind is.

 

Come on man - all you guys out there running after market cams, and you don't even know what the difference is between them and your stock cams? Maybe they're the same and the power increase is in your head!!!!LOL
Somebody has to have wondered, and found out - if its you then please reply.

 

call webcams- they make em aftermarket- they know what factory specs are and do their thing. I've heard you just can't throw a micrometer on em and get accurate measurement , mine where definately taller when they came back - don't really know how to measure duration???... but I would think they would be slightly wider.

 

Hitower, Majorecho is right. If Webcam is making them for the DS now, they WILL have your factory specs. That is who I wound up calling to get my stock specs!

Did you get any specs yet Chris? I am interested to know the stock specs as well. Make sure you ask for the specs @ .050". Some like to give you specs both ways. Also if you get a chance ask them what the LSA (Lobe Seperation Angle) is. That way we can get an idea of valve overlap.
