Don't forget that Bills pipes is making one for the DS as well, they make exhaust for Hondas 125 factory motocross team so they know what they are doing. It will be rubber mounted and have tabs for the heat shield and have a spark arrestor.

The only way i would go is either Ron Wood or Trinity

 

I was able to fit a graydon proline headpipe up to a yosh slip on with just a small amount of pipe bending, and sealent, Ive got a great system know, was a bit spendy, had to special order just the headpipe for $200 from graydon and then we all know the yosh cost bucks.
It works and sounds like a champ. I also pulled out the spark arrestor while im on the sand.

i run a ron woods pipe now. its been working good so far, but i talked to harry at trinity and im going to try the trinity pipe.
stainless steel and billet. it should be the sweetest pipe out there. my ron woods pipe doesnt look as good as it used to, it starting to rust a little where the 2 pipes go into 1.
