Does the fuel mixture screw control 0 to 1/4 throttle? I rejetted to a 180 main, needle on the fifth groove. There's a little hesitation when you punch it. Also is the fuel mixture screw replacable because mine seem's to be semi seized. The slotted screw is getting thrashed.

Your pilot jet may be too small. After 2000, Bombardier has gone up in size on the pilot jet. The screw under the carburetor can be richened up to fix the hesitation. I assume the needle is raised all the way?

I could be wrong, but I think the screw stops before coming out completely.

Yep. Everything went well. the diaphram has no holes. It runs really well but i've only had a day to fine tune. i'm worried about the mixture screw cause the slotted end of the screw is getting so i cant turn it.
