Check out www.thunderproducts.com

The Dial-a-Jet looks interesting and the reviews all say good things about the system.
I'm thinking of installing one.
Anyone have experience with it?

I have heard real good things about this product for snowmobiles but nothing for ATV's. It would be a real good mod if it worked as well on a quad as it does on the sleds that I have see it on. The real benie of the system is allowing for drastic altitude changes that are common while riding snowmobiles.

I have one that was on my 250EX before I sold it, and I have no plans to use it again. If you really want a dial-a-jet make me an offer.

I don't like the idea of adding another fuel circuit, and thereby increasing the complexity of the fuel system for more potential of screwing up. We need to get simpler with our carburation, not more complicated.

Uglyman32, I never could get the base jetting right to use the dial-a-jet. You're supposed to jet 3-4 sizes too lean before installing it. I can't comment on whether it works or not since I never had it dialed in correctly. I guess I was afraid to jet it that lean on purpose. I also found gas in my airbox once.

I was cleaning up my box and took off my airbox and smelled gasoline pretty bad. What is this from?
The bike is totally stock except for a uni foam filter
