http://www.ram-mount.com has GPS holders that mount to the bars. Works good and easy to use.

I use a garmin etrex mounted to my handlebars. I use a mount from Innovative Design Concepts that was origianly on my sandrail. I ran a 12v power cord to my gps so it cures all the battery issues that are found with the garmin gps. Check out GPS battery problems for more info on that.

Bombastic, how often do you go to hungry valley? I try to go out there as much as I can, prefer weekdays when its not so crowded. I have yet to see another DS650 or Baja out there.

I try to go twice a month, but I only like the place out of covienece. Its quite a circus of pit squids on weekends but its the only time I can go, plus the altitude makes it a little cooler. I've had this Baja for about 9 month and have had it to Dumont once before it got hot.

I use the ram mount with a Garmin GPS III, ordered extra (handlebar ball clamps)for all my quads and bikes, this way I can move the mount and GPS to any bike or quad in seconds. I've been using this setup for 2 years with no problems. I ordered the GPS from www.aloop.com. They take and harden the inside of the GPS for vibration (included with purchase price). My buddy bought the same setup for $20 dollars less from another outfit and his resets all the time while riding very rough terrain.
