<< Bat, no I haven't tried calling anyone yet. Did you get your clutch problem figured out? >>
Well, I decided to try changing the oil for the first step in my clutch prob. I ran it a little and it worked fine.
I am going to take her out this weekend and run it hard and see if it still works fine or not.
If it acts up again, I will be opening it up and taking it apart. I just dont want to have to pull it apart if I dont have to.
On another note, my wife says "maybe we should have a backup quad in case one breaks down". You have to love a woman like that.
So, now I am thinking of leaving the baja as is and building a banshee.
I will update you guys on my clutch prob. Hope you can find the springs. I really like them on mine.

I just put new fiber disks in my DS - factory set wore out pretty quick due to excessive slippage in sand drags with 10 paddle haulers. I now use RWR springs, never had a slip yet with them. They're $24.
I was gonna put Barnett disks in, but went with OEM because it turns out that you can't use Barnett fiber disks with OEM metal disks. The total sandwich thickness is off if you do. You have to get the whole Barnett kit which is over twice what the OEM fiber disks cost me. Maybe later, when its time for an entire new clutch, I'll get it.
Just more info...
