Low to mid gearing

I do a lot of MX racing so I do not need the top end speed as much. I rarely get out of 3rd gear.
What gearing will give me the best low-mid performance?
right now I have a full Graydon, RWR CDI, K&N Jet kit and stock gears and tires.
