Do not install the clear hoses from Home Depot.

They may be ok at normal temps., but what about when your DS starts to overheat?

I blew a hole in that upper hose and was stranded out at the far end of the dunes today! Not Fun!

My Ds has been overheated, and my hoses are perfectly fine, mine overheated for lack of coolant. Waterpump seal busted leaking coolant into the oil, thanks again hightower.

Dang Al, you must have some of the worst luck I have seen. I am glad you made it out ok though. And thanks for sharing the tip with us.
