Jeff,

I assume you're looking at the TT motor (VG30DTT) from the 300ZX's. We've got a 91ZX TT and it runs incredible. You can find a ton of info at twinturbo.net and zdriver.com. Motor upgrades, turbo upgrades, transmission choices, the best aftermarket co's to deal with... everything you could want to know you should be able to find there... There's also a discussion going on in one of the forums relative to installing an Eaton supercharger on the non-turbo.

Did anyone see the big brown sand limo rail in the show in Costa Mesa? If you did you saw the latest and greatest in technology. From the chasis and suspension to the massive northstar twin turbo motor this thing has it all. It has more than 1000HP and 1100ft torque. I know the owner and believe me know expense was spared in this one. It would take a large # to replicate this baby, like $130k+. The cool thing is this guy is not afraid to drive it and drive it hard. He also has two other rails, a 2 seat tazcar and a 2 seat full-size car, both done to the hilt as well. They are all painted to match. The paint jobs follow the Austin Powers theme: the regular 2 seater is called "Mini Me" and the smaller tazcar is called "Mini Mini Me".

If anyone is interested in catching a ride in one of these cars let me know and I'll find out when he is going. We ride at Glamis and Buttercup most of the time. I consider myself fairly crazy but I hold on for dear life when in the car with him.
