Bleed Brake system??
If u do not have a vaccum pump, then you have to do it manually which takes 2 people to do it effectively.
I would recommend a vaccum pump $30 or so.. With it you just hook it up create pressure, open the bleeder screw and presto the fluid comes out..
otherwise you need to alternately pump your lever while opening and closeing the screw. What u want to do is squeeze the lever while fluid comes out, then close screw before releasing. Let go of lever and repeat
