Carb screws.....IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!
OK.....this is how it worked out, b4 anyone gets too anxious...yes they are all off!!!!
I started by trying to get the top two screws off.....not gonna happen!! So I cut a slot in with a dremel, used a straight edge screwdriver with lots of pressure, and presto, off they came!!! Now to the bottom ones....the ones that are supposed to be hard.
Ok for the bottom ones...I held the carb, dad took a screwdriver, put it in the screw, hit the end of it with a hammer a few times, and gave it a nice hard twist, and off they came!! Easy as pie!!
Thanx for everyones help!!
P.S. anyone know the size of the top screws so i can get allen head screws for them?

I don't remember the exact size of the top ones, either 5mm or 6mm in dia. and 12 or so mm long. I just took them to the hardware store & got some Stainless replacements for them. I ended up using a standard philips for the two top screws, it seems to work as well or better for me when I've got the carb loosened & tilted so that I can get access to everything once the screws are off.
