shock setup...

Default shock setup...

whats the best setting for hard woods riding, but staying on the ground, for the most part... i heard something about removing the red shock....

Default shock setup...

I would not remove the red spring for any kind of riding. Adjusting the supsension in the rear and front is the only way to go. Look here for some good setup tips: http://home.swbell.net/tharthun/home...nsionsetup.htm

it is rather easy to adjust figure out what works best for you.
