I went from a DJ 190 with K&N in the box to a 45 with K&N carb mount and WOW!! I was very, very happy. And I am sure that you will be also. Excellent investment.

Yes I did. It was actually real easy. On mine I have a slight cap between the pump shaft and the white plastic cam lobe. I would say about 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch gap. That got rid of the flat spot everyone talks about. So far so good. I am very happy with it and the new found power

I got the kit from RWR for 645 I think it was. It came with the carb, Accel. Pump, Intake Boot, Ported intake Manifold, Twist Throttle w/ cable and some Scott grips. You can get it with the Tumb Cable if you want for a little less money to.

What it is, Is if you wack the throttle really fast it will hesitate for just a sec. But if you roll on the throttle (even fast) there is no problem. If you install the accel. pump that comes with it (tell them you want it) and adjust it correctly there is no hesitation.
