Yah, that sounds easy enough. Sometimes I spend too much time thinking of easier ways to do things that it ends up taking me longer. Sometimes it pays off though

Do you have to pull off the water pump impeller, so that the water pump shaft can go through the caseing when you pull of the clutch caseing? Looks that way in the manual. Anybody know?

Don't know about the coolant die, But my guess would be it doesn't hurt. As far as the antifreeze, Any kind that contains corrosion inhibitors specifically made for or recommended in aluminum engines. Also bomb recomends a 60% antifreeze and 40% water. I use just the oposite. My fan seems to come on less often with that mix. Better cooling that way I guess. Plus it doesn't get cold in the part of California I live in.
