Default 45mm Carb settings?

Thanks for all the great info. Well I just started my Baja up after a winter build which included a 45mm RWR Carb with Accl. Pmp (A+++ on the kit) . After starting it up, letting it warm, I set the idle circuit via Pilot Air screw and then idle adjustment. I then adjusted the accelerator pump and things are running sweet. Unfortuniltly I have paddle's on it and I'm unable to run it up and down the street to fine tune the carb, that'll have to wait to Pismo this weekend. But, what I'm experancing is at a 1/8th throttle, right off idle, and staying there consistant, I have a lean condition, poping back thru the carb. I'm running the 40/150 set up. K&N carb Mount , RWR CDI and a Big Gun compl. race exhaust. Should I go up one size on the Pilot Jet? It seems that's what I should do but seeing alot of you are running a 32.5 and 35 pilots, I thought I'd ask your advice. Thanks again everyone, Rich

Raise your needle (one groove lower clip position). At 1/8 throttle the needle takes over for the pilot jet circuit.

Thx Ken, I'll do just that, that was the first thing I thought of but I thought at that throttle position, I would still be on the flat of the needle. I'll raise her one notch, thx, Rich
