Well here is my update...I wont be there. It was looking bleek for me anyways due to financial reasons but now I know for sure. 2 years ago my brother was in a slight fender bender(actually just broke a tail light out) with my truck and the guy is trieing to sue us for $50,000.00 saying he had whiplash and the damage to his car was $3000.00+. Keep in mind this is after the police didnt even do an accident report because estimated damage was $85.00. He said the impact had a wrinkle effect and even caused damage to the front end of the car??? The guy is a F***ing crack. Well anyways I am supenad(sp?) to court the 14th thru the 17th of Jan so I am not allowed to leave the state, By the time I got there and everything it just wouldn't be worth the trip. Guess I will have to watch the DVD. Now I just hope Allstates lawer is as good as they say he is!!!!!!!!!!!

I hope it all turns out ok for you. I was in a wreck at 14, no I wasn't legal, and because of my age I was sued for $25,000 so I know what you are feeling now. It put a big hurt on my early playing with big toys.
