Does anyone have one of those 6 pack racks with the gas can holder? Has anyone every seen one on a ds? How much gas does that can hold?

There is or used to be a forum member with one of those. I believe it holds one gallon of gas, and I think you would be looking for the Armadillo Out-N-Back rack. You'll have to get more info to make sure that is right, but I'm pretty sure that is it.

I have a six pack rack (almost the same as the out-n-back rack). It looks good on the DS. I could send you pics if you want to get an idea of what the out-n-back rack would like like.

I love my Out 'n Back rack on my DS.... I moved it from my old DS to my Baja. One gallon is just enough to save the day, and the Coleman cooler holds more than a six pack. There is a loop on the exhaust side that I think was meant for an army type canteen, but I usually carry a water bottle up front behind the bumper. The extra weight adds up, but I like to go for long rides way out in the sticks, and I like having some stuff with me.

I love the out-n-back rack on my baja. The gas can holds just over 1 gallon, and I can get 9 cans of my favorite beverage in the cooler. The rack fits without any mods with the stock muffler, white bros e series slip on, and I have been told, the alba pipe. So I assume others will work as well.
