Default Timing

i recenlty installed my stock cams on a different block. Both are original DS motors but I used the cams outta one to put in the other. My question is how should they line up, or is there a certain way ( which i am sure there is ) that they lay. I noticed 2 hash marks on the cam sprockets one on each cam and was wondering if that effects anything. Thanks for the help.

if you have the motor at top dead center, the cams are facing away form each other, the exhaust on the front are facing the front and the intake cam is facing the rear of the bike, and make sure to line up your marks when you put the chain on
