Where can I get a new battery for the DS? Are there small motorcycle batteries available that fit?

rocky mountain has them but you would have to pay the extra to get it on tues.

 

the rocky mountain website says the battery is out of stock.

 

hey scoobt are you useing stock batt box if you are i have a monster batt thats just a little taller than stock but can easly be made to fit and i bought it for my lbig bore for cranking amps i could just bring it for you if you need it[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

 

i would think so, you should be albe to go to auto zone and find one, you need to know what series of battery they have in them, i think its a 15 series, in rocky mountain it shows ytx15l-bs you might that that number with you when you go, that what we did when a friend what needing a battery for his raptor

 

you might even try wal-mart

 

biggerisbetter's battery messed up when he was at my house. we went to wa-lmart and bought one that ws just a little smaller.

 

Scooby - you can buy a replacement from interstate battery , they have them in stock if you want the number pm me.
Also I have a spare you are welcome to use @ 4SW. Never could find the exact size anywhere else I looked.
