Yeah it was Gary from TVI! One of his solenoid fittings was loose and it popped off and started the fire! UGLY! He was just in the process off beating Jeff-in-River-City. I quess TVI had Jeff by about 5 bike lengths and was pulling away when it blew. But some people told me Jeff hadn't even hit his NOS yet. I sure we will here many versions of this later. 465 400EX??!!! I have major conearns about this Curtis Sparks Quad! I just can't see how a 465 on alcohol can beat everything there!! They didn't race it in the 500+ class but if they would have it would have beat everybody! Except Scooby.

the TVI fire was sad, Steve, AKA ( Raptorboy/2001raptor) was running the TVI 760 with a 65hp shot when the the Nitrous solenoid came loose from it's mounting bracket and shorted everything out, Batouttahell says he saw a 6ft flame of fire shoot out the pipe ,than the carbs blew off( dual 39's) and started the uni filters on fire, they went up like dry tinder and Steve stood there beating em out with what look like his ridding goggles, TVI would have been a very strong contender in the open if this had not happened. I rode both of TVI's 760's they had 4 and 6" aluminium swing arms , they were both running 25" 12 paddle haulers and one had stock gearing. I was VERY impressed with how strong both these bikes pulled, The TVi head is a work of art I was drooling at the size of the valves ( I WANT ONE !)

As far as Gary beating Jeff I would have to disagree with, almost everytime Jeff raced he would be behind until he got to about the 150ft mark. After that he would come on strong and pull the top half really strong. As far as Gary's I'm not sure what happened, maybe running to much nos????

Yeah, it was a sight to see for sure.

I am not sure exactly where Gary's bike was, but it looked to be just a bit ahead. But who knows. They did not get to finish the race and to say who would win, would just be speculation.

I saw Jeff's bike run, and it looked to run very good.

I am just glad to be home after 17 hours of driving.

I didn't get to see that. I missed a lot while running the hill.

i believe that once you start running nitrous, the winner will be determined by how much of it you are willing to put in it. perhaps i will have another chance on beating jeff with garys bike, or better yet mine, once i get my nos dialed in and working.

p.s.
it was my shirt that i used to put out the fire

I sent them an email about 4am today about the site being down. No response yet. Tried them on the land line just a few mins ago as well. Put me on hold....hold....hold and more hold. I'll try again in a while.
