Factory front shocks and Works front shocks here along with front hubs/rotors.

I have a set of Ohlins front shocks for a Honda 450R, 400EX, 250R

Also brand new +2+1 arms & +6 swingarm and +2 steering stem with anti vibe clamp for a 250R

Also ESR330 complete engine for a 250R

does anyone know where I can pick up some metal foot wells to replace the stock plastic I have on my 04?

IMS makes some heel guards for the Roll Design pegs. While I would highly recommend the pegs I would strongly persuade you to avoid the IMS heel guards. Do a search and you will find much debate about the lack of quality that went into the guards.
