Has anyone ever thought of putting likes on the frame of a ds to make the ground underneathe light up like the cars on the fast and the furious? I think that look pretty cool, maybe use alotta leds or something

 

I've seen neon type tube lights. Also www.radlites.com has some LED strips that can be used for that.

 

yes i have....i got my hands on a 6in neon light, that i will mount under my frame for the dunes....

i had strobes light in my stock raptor head lights,but they r gone now...looked badass!!!

my friend has " baby neons" in his stock raptor light...he has red and blue...when the lights r on gives them a red/blue affect, but when his lights r off and the neons r on...they look like big red eyes..( looking for a DS to munch on)

I've got strobes...picked up a cheap little black box with two lights and colored rubber strobe covers for changing the effect. The strobe kit was 12.99 at Pep Boys and installed fairly easy. I drilled two holes on the back side of the light enclosure and the strobes have a rubber grommet that pops right into place for an excellent fit. The only problem is I'm on my third box (keep your receipt so you only have to pay once/exchange)--bulbs burn out first time they get wet and the wiring is very delicate...and I think if you run the strobe while the bike is running it shortens the lifespan of the kit--very trick effect when they work! If anyone knows where to get a more durable set post your info...

jiminok, yeah i know, they looked cool in the garage and for about 30 sec on the dunes before they went out. took them back got new ones and they didnt even work at the dunes. i think there too delicate. anyone have some strobes that can take a beating?

 

I but 2 6 in lights on my baja right before I went to St. A's last year and talk about some awesome night riding. I don't have any pics, and just recently ripped the wiring out of lights. I am planning on putting some new lights before I go to St. A's again, but this time I am gonna go bigger.
