Default Dual Lectrons?

I did a search and seen a couple of you were going to try this but did'nt see the outcome. How did it turn out? I put one on a YZ I had and really liked it. Considering it for the Raptor.

Quadloco, let us know how this works out for you. Post those Dyno #'s. Have you had the bike dyno'd without the dual Lectrons. Have you ran anything else.

Dyno-shmyno...What does it feel like seat of the pants wise? Did you feel a big gain or not? More top end? more bottom end? about the same? What carb did you have prior and what other mods did you do at the same time? Now that would be an analysis!!

Default Dual Lectrons?

Well guys, got back from the dyno and she showed 61 horse at 8000rpm and the torque was 41.6 lb/ft.
The good news is theres plenty of room for improvement. My carb jetting is pig rich right now so i have to order some new metering rods to correct it. Im hopeing to see 68 horse when all said and done. The nice thing about this motor is the torque curv is almost a straight line all the way from 4200-8000. I dynoed against my buddies built banshee that showed 43 horse and my buddies 727 raptor that showed 51 horse, so by comparison im pretty happy with those numbers. DemonDs, seat of the pants is like night and day from my old motor. This motor pulls way harder all the way through from bottom to top. My old motor was stock other than pipe, cdi carb mounted filter and dyno jet kit. Kmdunner this is the first time on the dyno but not the last. Here i thought the bike was lean and the thing was richer than he!!. Well ill let you guys no on the corrected hp when the jettings done and the seat of the pants.

SixsixT, Well i got my other metering rods installed and seat of the pants tells me it pulls alot harder in the bottom and mid range than before. Now i have to get it back on the dyno and do some fine tuning. Ill post the results as soon as i can. LATER!
