Default I rolled my DS650

A few weeks back I rolled this 50" wide beast. Before that, I wasn't sure it could be rolled. Well, it's possible; and, as you can imagine, it wasn't pretty. Besides the physical injuries to myself, the quad sustained several injuries too. The stock handlebars and the stock upper A-arm (right one) were both bent. So I need replacement parts for both. An adapter for the handlebars is a possibility. If you can help me, please e-mail me at deanb@sfcn.org. Thanks.

I rolled my quad but the only damage was unseating a bead on the tire. I guess my secret was to use my body to cushion the quad. Ouch!

I was out on the trail and hitting some side hills. I was at the top and chose to take this trail down. I saw the ruts in the trail and did not find it an issue. it was steep but not supper steep.. the front tires went in the ruts and the swing arm stayed on top of the ruts making the DS at MORE of an angle then the hill that part was ok until the front tires stoped moving!! Not really sure what I hit maybe a tree root or something but it fliped me forward over the handel bars.. I rember thinking this is gonna hurt.. Well I hit the ground perpendicular to the trail, My helmet was in 1 rut, back on the center of the trail, butt in the next rut and legs off the trail.. Then it happend. BANG the seat of the DS landed right on my stomach.. OUCH.. then continuted to roll and land on all 4 tires!! I guess it looked pretty wierd, the wheeler just came boucing out of the woods with out me on it!! NO harm done at all to the wheeler, a complete 4 side flip and it was FINE! no scrathes! guess my gut helped! I dont have a clue how I was not hurt 1 bit!! little stiff but thats it. Now if I had done a back flip just messing around I know I would have broke something!! Guess I was just luckey and glade it was NOT the sportsman!
I was lucky!

If you need to get new upper A-Arms, go on eBay, there is a user selling them for $199.00 for the good ones that are adjustable. If you've got to replace parts, you may as well buy some new ones & upgrade at least a little, you can't beat $199 for parts that are usually $299 or 599 for a full upper/lower set.
