hey everyone, this is my first post, got my 03' back in december and have been readin since then, anyway i notice that it's kinda hard to shift up in the gears while goin up the street, i'm wondering whether this is due to the fact that you get a lot better traction on the street so the gears tend to stick in... any thoughts? it's my first quad and man, the ds650 is a heck of a way to start riding.... thanks..

 

with or without the clutch?

 

DS650's have a clutch? I just thought my brake on the left side was fubar.

yeah it's with the clutch, but i'm wondering if it's because they're under load, so it's hard to shift.. and basicly if this is a charistaristic of the ds's tranny....thanks...

 

I don't see how shifting would be any different on pavement as opposed to dirt or whatever.
