If you do please give us a review. They look great on other bikes and i believe they eliminate those ugly heel guards with metal ones.

 

pro armor will not have a set out until sept. or oct. for the ds650.i talked to the sales rep yesterday

 

i'd get the ac propegs, has heel guards too, and much better pegs

Could you do me & anyone else a favor by posting some pictures of your DS with the AC Racing PRo Peg Nerfs on it? I looked at your site but you don't seem to have any 'recent' photos of your DS (noting the list of upgrades & almost none of them are in the pictures.) I've had AC Racing products before and I'm curious to see what their stuff looks like the the DS. I'm not sure why so many of these manufacturers have websites but don't bother to post pictures of the products installed on the machines. It's all about marketing & self promotion, by not self-promoting, they are REALLY missing the boat.

Are the owners of ATV accessory shops REALLY THAT out of touch with technology that they think no one uses the internet to research products?

I know for a fact everyone on these forums uses the internet for ATV research & info.

I've seen the 400EX pro-armor nerf bars and they really are top-quality. However, the box they ship them in is about 10 times the size needed and the packing was just newspaper. Although there was no shipping damage, the oversize box cost over $50 to ship! YEOW! I hope thats something that they remedy because the Nerf Bars really are quite good. I can't wait until the DS ones come out!

 

A friend in my riding group has a kfx400 with them on. I weigh 300 pounds and can stand on the outside of these without worry. I am impressed. Then again I am impressed with any nerf bars that don't use u-bolts to hold them on. The heel guards look sturdy and will probably last quite a while. I have AC nerf bars on my DS. While they are strong enough I don't like how they mount to the foot peg. As for heel guards, I made my own so that I could mount them how I wanted and I could replace them cheap.
