I have done CDi , Muffler Tip , Dyno Jet, K& N Air filter (in airbox ) .what can be done next to increase power .
I ride , trails , and small sand dunes , just recreational stuff , but im a big guy so ive gotta keep the mods going to keep up with my mates who are half the size ?
I dont want to loose reliability but want some more torque ...not necessilary lookin g for top end speed , just the ability to get to the top of sanddunes without having to turn around .
Appreciate some thoughts ???
cheers

try front sprocket i like 15-42 that way you can use stock chain, some like 14 front. some old guy told me that the smaller front causes more stress on the counter shaft so i also change the back, seems right , to me but it could be wrong but my wife kicks but wuth that gearing

I've went up in the past also but, i didn't find many places to open it up to use that much top end so when we went 15-42 you get there faster and it takes them longer to catch up. i've run with guys with stock gearing and they don't always have what it takes to pull the taller gearing. and it makes the front come up easier so i like the combo, it works really well in the sand. if i go back out to the desert i would go back to the gearing you run. i have made runs racing my brother into the wind that he couldn't ever catch up, not enough engine. but the easy thing would be try 15 front then if you like that try the 42 rear.
